Jon Jones responds to Alex Pereira’s loss against Ciryl Gane

Jon Jones has reasserted his status as MMA GOAT after Alex Pereira’s loss to Ciryl Gane at UFC White House.

Pereira (13-4) looked to win a title in a third weight class when he challenged Gane (14-2) for the interim heavyweight title at UFC Freedom 250 on Sunday at the White House. However, Pereira barely landed any significant damage while Gane’s jab was on point from the opening bell. “Bon Gamin” hurt Pereira early in the second round and unleashed vicious damage on him on the ground before securing a standing technical knockout on the feet.

Still the Best in His Own Mind Jones reacted to Pereira’s loss by wearing a necklace of a GOAT in a video posted on social media, signifying the greatest fighter of all time. Jones is currently having a fallout with the UFC since he was denied a spot on the White House card. While Jones retired last year, he started rallying for a spot on the card as soon as it was mentioned.

Diego Lopes credits fellow fighter for advice that led to UFC White House win

Diego Lopes received game-changing advice from one of his cornermen at the White House.

Lopes opened UFC Freedom 250 against Steve Garcia (19-6) at the White House on Sunday. While the opening round was closely contested, Lopes believes he might have been behind on the scorecards. However, Lopes dropped Garcia with a massive left hand midway through Round 2 before finishing him with ground-and-pound.

Lopes subsequently revealed that he received the fight-ending advice from UFC flyweight Alessandro Costa, who was in his corner. Costa told Lopes to step back when Garcia landed on him the first time. Costa then told Lopes to stand ground on the second connection and counter with a three-punch combination. Lopes paid heed to Costa’s advice and dropped Garcia with the third punch of his combination.

“The whole credit I give to my brother, Alessandro,” Lopes said in a post-fight interview with the UFC. “He told me, ‘Hey, he connects you, you step …

Islam Makhachev is enjoying Ilia Topuria’s humbling lesson at the UFC White House event.

Topuria (17-1) put his lightweight title on the line against interim champion Justin Gaethje (28-5) in the main event at UFC Freedom 250 on Sunday at the White House. “El Matador” repeatedly affirmed that he would knock Gaethje out in the very first round. Eric Trump claims DMs to Daniel Cormier allegedly seeking inside UFC info were fake

President Donald Trump’s son allegedly asked Daniel Cormier about potentially “rigged” fights at the White House.

Cormier is on commentary duty for UFC Freedom 250 on Sunday at the White House. “DC” posted now-deleted screenshots of an alleged chat with President Trump’s eldest son, Eric Trump.

Eric initially asked Cormier for any fight predictions and if he was betting. Cormier told Eric that, as an employee, he is not allowed to bet on UFC fights. Eric then asked Cormier if any of the fighters on the card were injured. Cormier said the fighters were all in good shape while expressing confusion about Eric’s question. Eric then cut to the chase and directly asked Cormier about any potentially rigged fights.

“I'll just cut to the chase,” Eric allegedly wrote. “Are any of the fights tomorrow rigged? I've been eyeing the Lopes fight and I think an upset wouldn't be too unrealistic. $$”

Cormier responded: “No none of our fights rigged…

Islam Makhachev recalls taking ‘wrong pills’ after Arman Tsarukyan fight

Islam Makhachev had to call an ambulance after taking the wrong pills.

Makhachev (28-1) welcomed Arman Tsarukyan to the UFC in 2019, beating him via unanimous decision. Makhachev recently revealed that he wasn’t feeling well after the fight and threw up. While Makhachev’s friend tried to find a manganese solution as a cure, it couldn’t be procured without a prescription. Islam Makhachev recalls epic school fight alongside Khabib Nurmagomedov

Islam Makhachev was struggling in a street fight when Khabib Nurmagomedov stepped in to change the outcome.

Makhachev (28-1) and Nurmagomedov (29-0) grew up together in the mountains of Dagestan, which are known for a tough upbringing. Both UFC stars have repeatedly mentioned how they had to stand their ground in street fights to avoid being bullied.

UFC champ Tom Aspinall finds common ground with English footballer

Tom Aspinall and Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden are both not in the United States, which is currently hosting major events in their respective sports.

Meanwhile, Gane is scheduled to fight Alex Pereira for an interim heavyweight title in the co-main event of the iconic UFC White House card on Sunday. While the champion of the division is typically present in the interim title fights, Aspinall has not been invited to the White House.

Josh Hokit claims he is trying to help Justin Gaethje by getting Ilia Topuria riled up.

Hokit has recently developed animosity with Topuria leading up to their respective fights at UFC Freedom 250 on Sunday at the White House. Why Islam Makhachev prefers fighting undefeated contender over Ian Garry

Ultimate Fighting Championship welterweight ace Islam Makhachev believes a win over Michael Morales adds more to his legacy than a win over Ian Garry.

Makhachev (28-1) is expected to defend his welterweight title in August, although an opponent has yet to be finalized. While the division is teeming with contenders, Makhachev recently admitted that Garry is the frontrunner. However, Makhachev would prefer to defend his title against Morales (19-0) rather than Garry (17-1). Makhachev believes a win over Morales would add more to his legacy, as the Ecuadorian is undefeated, unlike Garry.

Makhachev was initially looking to defend his title against former champion Kamaru Usman. Everyone, including Usman himself, has counted him out of the race for the title shot. However, Makhachev still believes that “The Nigerian Nightmare” beats both Morales and Garry.

“If we pick between Morales and Ian, to be honest with you, in terms of my legacy, I would go with Morales,” Makh…

Former training partner predicts Conor McGregor will KO Max Holloway at UFC 329

Dillon Danis is making some bold predictions about Conor McGregor.

McGregor (22-6) is set to return to action in a welterweight matchup against Max Holloway (27-9) in the main event at UFC 329 on July 11 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. McGregor has opened as a +300 underdog, with fans and pundits expecting Holloway to dominate the former double champ.

However, McGregor’s training partner, Danis, believes otherwise. Danis believes McGregor’s dedication is getting underestimated before his return. McGregor’s fight against Holloway marks his return to action after five years. However, Danis believes ring rust is a mindset that McGregor can definitely beat. Danis predicts that “Notorious” will knock Holloway out within three rounds. “El Jefe” even predicts that McGregor will fight Islam Makhachev after beating Holloway.
