Former Ultimate Fighting Championship<\/a>, Strikeforce<\/a>, Bellator MMA<\/a> and Invicta Fighting Championships<\/a> beltholder has
\ndone what no one else has in mixed martial arts: win titles across
\nfive major promotions. Currently serving as PFL\u2019s featherweight
\nchamp, she claimed that throne by trumping Larissa
\nPacheco<\/a> in 2024 across five rounds, and defended it by
\nmollywhopping Sara
\nCollins<\/a> at the end of 2025. At the age of 40, \u201cCris Cyborg\u201d
\nwants one more MMA match, and she has already made her thoughts
\nknown.<\/p>\n

The Brazilian traveled to Rio de Janeiro recently and appeared on
\nthe Wednesday edition of Combate\u2019s \u201cMundo da Luta\u201d<\/a>
\npodcast. There, the longtime veteran confirmed that 2026 would be
\nthe last year she steps into a cage or a ring as a pro. \u201cCris
\nCyborg\u201d solidified her plan to compete just once more in MMA, and
\nonly one more time in boxing. If she had her pick for the former,
\nshe would take on undefeated wunderkind and flyweight Dakota
\nDitcheva<\/a>, a name she called for after crushing Collins with a
\nface crank.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur legacy tour started against Pacheco and then with Sara
\nCollins,\u201d Justino explained. \u201cI would like to do the last one with
\nsomeone that made sense, so I suggested Dakota, who is undefeated,
\nin a catchweight. I\u2019m much thinner, but let\u2019s see what the PFL
\ndecides.<\/p>\n

From Harming to Healing<\/h2>\n

\u201cCris Cyborg\u201d also revealed that she intends on having one more
\nfight as a boxer, but unlike her MMA aspirations, an opponent is
\nnot her main focus. She is aware that finding a foe is up to the
\npromoter and sanctioning body, and she is not tied to any in
\nparticular. The Brazilian turned pro in the sweet science in 2022,
\nand she has since racked up seven wins across her home country of
\nBrazil, the U.S., Britain and Colombia\u2014with the show in London an
\nexhibition affair that should not count on her professional record.
\nHer last five wins as a boxer have come by stoppage within three
\nrounds.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I don\u2019t have an MMA fight scheduled, I train boxing,\u201d she
\nfurther declared. \u201cI want to compete for a belt\u2026this year.\u201d<\/p>\n

Once she has wrapped up her career of violence and carnage, the
\nwoman with a 78% finish rate in MMA would like to transition to do
\nno more harm. If she has her way, she will next fulfill a lifelong
\ndream.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love animals, and I\u2019ve always dreamed of a being a veterinarian.
\nAnd this will be my 100% focus from 2027 onwards,\u201d \u201cCris Cyborg\u201d
\nexpressed.<\/p>\n

This is far from a new development for the Brazilian, who operates
\nwhat she affectionally refers to as her \u201cmini zoo.\u201d She recently
\nadded several more animals to her homestead, including a pair of
\ncows named Kayla and Ronda. They join a crew not limited to a dog
\nwhose name is Chael; cats named Laila, Holly and Sugar; a pig
\ncalled Manny Porkiao and a parrot with the name of Jose Aldo<\/a>.<\/p>\n
