Gaethje recently revealed that his backflip celebrations<\/a> are only reserved for knockout
\nwins. Gaethje has only broken his policy once and celebrated with a
\nbackflip without knocking someone out. Gaethje explains that a
\nknockout gives him a surge of emotions that he needs to vent with a
\nbackflip. Gaethje is now expected to fight lightweight champion
\nIlia
\nTopuria<\/a> in a title unifier. \u201cThe Highlight\u201d hopes to fight
\nTopuria at the White House in June and backflip on the White House
\nlawn after knocking him out.<\/p>\n

A Rush of Emotions<\/h2>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s pretty much my only rule \u2013 I\u2019ve only done it once outside of
\nknocking somebody out,\u201d Gaethje told Mark McClune. \u201cIf I knock
\nsomebody out, then the rush of emotions is too much, where I have
\nto flip off something. But if you don\u2019t get that knockout, there
\nreally isn\u2019t a spike of emotion. So I sure hope to knock [Topuria]\nout, and I sure hope to do a backflip on the White House lawn. That
\nwould be absolutely spectacular.\u201d
