\nProfessional Fighters League<\/a> kicks off its 2026 schedule with
\ntwo title fights, which are now official following the
\nPFL Dubai<\/a> weigh-ins.<\/p>\n

Headlining the card, which takes place in the United Arab Emirates,
\nis a lightweight title fight between champion Usman
\nNurmagomedov<\/a> and challenger Alfie
\nDavis<\/a>. Both fighters made weight, as did Ramazan
\nKuramagomedov<\/a> and Shamil
\nMusaev<\/a>, who will battle for the vacant welterweight title in
\nthe co-main event. The only fighter on the 13-fight card who missed
\nweight was Antonia
\nSilvaneide<\/a>, who came in a pound overweight for her flyweight
\nfight against Denise
\nKielholtz<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Nurmagomedov (20-0, 1 NC) put all controversy to rest as he
\ndispatched rival Paul Hughes<\/a>
\nin a highly-anticipated rematch in his last fight. Now 2-0 over
\nHughes, the guy 27-year-old is clearly the top lightweight in the
\nPFL. The Dagestani fighter also holds wins over Alexandr
\nShabliy<\/a>, Benson
\nHenderson<\/a> and Patricky
\nFreire<\/a>. The champion officially weighed 155 pounds on the
\ndot.<\/p>\n

Looking to cause a major upset is England’s Davis (20-5-1). “The
\nAxe Man” is riding a three-fight win streak, having won PFL’s 2025
\nlightweight tournament with wins over Gadzhi
\nRabadanov<\/a>, Brent
\nPrimus<\/a> and Clay
\nCollard<\/a>. The 33-year-old weighed 154.6 pounds for the biggest
\nfight of his career.<\/p>\n

PFL Dubai will air live on the ESPN app starting at 9 a.m. ET\/6
\na.m. PT, with the main card kicking off at noon ET\/9 a.m. PT.<\/p>\n
