\nbell despite absorbing a tremendous amount of punishment over the
\ncourse of three rounds. Donchenko won a clear-cut unanimous
\ndecision in the welterweight bout.<\/p>\n

\nwalk to the Octagon and, as always, had the time of my life. I
\nalways go in there to win, no matter what, no matter what it takes.
\nThey threw a young, hungry kickboxer my way and we got to throw
\ndown on the biggest stage in the world. Much respect to my opponent
\nand his team. Despite the odds being stacked against me I was happy
\nto accept the challenge and am beyond grateful for my team behind
\nme in preparation and during battle. I didn\u2019t get my hand raised
\nbut I did get to show the MMA community what Houston vets are all
\nabout.\u201d<\/p>\n\u2018Nowhere I\u2019d Rather Retire\u2019<\/h2>\n
\nbut in an ideal world, he\u2019d get to have one more fight before
\nriding off into the sunset.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cIf this was my last ride, I\u2019ll go out with my head held high. In a
\nperfect world, my next fight will be my last. The UFC has been my
\nhome for the last decade. No where I\u2019d rather fight. Nowhere I\u2019d
\nrather retire. I\u2019m confident and hopeful they\u2019ll give me one last
\ndance. It\u2019s been a hell of a career. Genuine thank you for all of
