Former BKFC foes Mike Perry<\/a>

\nAlvarez<\/a> apparently had some unfinished business to settle
\noutside of the ring.<\/p>\n

In a video that surfaced on Tuesday, Perry appears to be involved
\nin a verbal dispute with people in the crowd \u2014 with Alvarez
\nstanding nearby \u2014 at BKFC Knucklemania 6 at the Xfinity Mobile
\nArena in Philadelphia. Eventually, that interaction turned into a
\nfull-blown melee, and footage seems to show Perry being punched and
\nkicked by multiple people in the audience after he fell to the
\nfloor.<\/p>\n

Eventually, security was able to intervene and separate both sides.
\nMeanwhile, Perry reacted to the incident on social media.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey welcomed me to Philly as one of their own, and that floor was
\nslippery as heck and his wife fell on her face, and I laughed at
\nher,\u201d Perry wrote. \u201c Looks like I was just down underneath
\neverybody slipping for the first minute. Told y\u2019all, eventful.\u201d<\/p>\n

‘Deserved and Asked For’<\/h2>\n

On Tuesday, Alvarez issued his own response, implying that there
\nwas more than meets the eye to the entire situation.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s way more to this story than you all know,\u201d Alvarez wrote
\non Instagram Stories. \u201cThis was my wife, kids and family fighting
\nhere with me. You all know the person I am and I\u2019m not sorry for
\nthis. It was deserved and asked for.<\/p>\n

\u201cAsk Mike and he will agree. I\u2019m glad Mike\u2019s OK and nobody got
\nhurt. You can\u2019t f\u2014k with someone\u2019s family and expect s\u2014t to be
\ncordial. If you knew the story, you would understand.\u201d<\/p>\n

Perry and Alvarez squared off at BKFC 56 in December 2023, with
\nPerry winning via corner stoppage in the second round. Perry is
\nregarded as the top star in BKFC today, and promotion head David
\nFeldman recently indicated that a big-name opponent would be next
\nfor the UFC veteran.<\/p>\n
