\nOliveira<\/a> believes he is a completely different fighter since he
\nfirst fought Max
\nHolloway<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Oliveira faced Holloway for the first time in a featherweight tilt
\nin 2015. Holloway folded Oliveira with a couple of body shots in
\nthe opening round, forcing the referee to step in. Oliveira was
\ncarried out with his neck braced due to an esophagus
\ninjury. <\/p>\n

Oliveira is now scheduled to challenge Holloway for the BMF title
\nin a lightweight matchup in the main event at
\nUFC 326<\/a> on March 7 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Oliveira
\nsays he has evolved into a completely different fighter since his
\nfirst fight against Holloway. While Oliveira knows that Holloway
\nhas grown as well, \u201cDo Bronx\u201d believes he is more well-rounded than
\nhe was in their first fight.<\/p>\n

\u2018A Lion Among Lions\u2019<\/h2>\n

\u201cFrom that last fight to this one, I evolved a lot,\u201d Oliveira said
\non YouTube. \u201cIn that fight, I entered with an injury. It\u2019s a
\ncompletely different Charles. I know he\u2019s evolved, he\u2019s grown, he\u2019s
\nthe BMF champion but today\u2019s Charles is a completely different
\nCharles. At the time, I was just Charles of jiu-jitsu. Today, I\u2019m
\nCharles of MMA. I\u2019m a complete guy. At that time, I was just a boy.
\nToday, I\u2019m a lion among lions, so it\u2019s completely different, one

Holloway (27-8) went on to win the title soon after his first clash
\nagainst Oliveira (36-11). \u201cBlessed\u201d defended the title thrice
\nbefore losing it to Alexander
\nVolkanovski<\/a> and moved up to lightweight after multiple failed
\nbids to reclaim the belt. Meanwhile, Oliveira won the lightweight
\ntitle in 2021 and defended it once before losing the belt on the
\nscale after missing weight ahead of a fight with Justin Gathje.<\/p>\n
