Sean O\u2019Malley isn\u2019t happy about Conor Benn\u2019s $15 million Zuffa
\nBoxing deal. <\/p>\n

Zuffa Boxing is the latest venture of Dana White and TKO Group, the
\nparent company of the
\nUFC<\/a>. Zuffa recently signed Conor Benn, reportedly for $15
\nmillion for a single-fight deal. Benn also changed sides overnight,
\nparting ways with Matchroom Boxing and Eddie Hearn, who basically
\nshaped his career. As Hearn predicted, UFC fighters aren\u2019t happy
\nabout Benn\u2019s Zuffa deal. <\/p>\n

O\u2019Malley doesn\u2019t even completely believe the report of Benn being
\nsigned for $15 million. The former UFC bantamweight champion says
\nhe has never heard of Benn. O\u2019Malley isn\u2019t happy about someone else
\nreaping the benefits after he played a pivotal role in generating
\nrevenue for the UFC.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t imagine it being true,\u201d O\u2019Malley said on YouTube. \u201cI don\u2019t
\neven know who Conor Benn is. I\u2019ve never heard of him\u2026 It\u2019s crazy
\nhow you put in so much work in the UFC, build this name, create
\nthis character, be this star. I\u2019m not making f\u2014-ing $15 million a
\nfight. But it\u2019s also business. If they think it\u2019s good business for
\nthem, if they think that guy is gonna bring in money, I get
\nit.\u201d<\/p>\n

While he might have recently lost some clout due to recent
\nchampionship defeats, O\u2019Malley emerged as one of the biggest UFC
\nstars when the company was lacking big names after Conor
\nMcGregor<\/a> stopped competing. \u201cSuga\u201d is coming off a win over
\nSong Yadong at UFC 324 last month. <\/p>\n
