White says if someone is unhappy when<br \/>\nthey are broke, they will likely be unhappy even when they are<br \/>\nrich. White advises people to find something they like doing and<br \/>\ntry to be happy doing it every day. The <a rel=\"noopener nofollow noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sherdog.com\/organizations\/Ultimate-Fighting-Championship-2\"><br \/>\nUFC<\/a> head honcho claims some of the happiest times of his life<br \/>\nwere when he was broke.<\/p>\n<h2>\u2018Money Changes Everything\u2019<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cIf you\u2019re miserable when you\u2019re broke, you\u2019re gonna be really<br \/>\nmiserable when you make some money,\u201d White said. \u201cThe key to life<br \/>\nis be happy. Figure out what you like to do, get up and do it every<br \/>\nday, and be as happy as you can possibly be. Some of the happiest<br \/>\ntimes of my life was when I was broke. Money changes everything, I<br \/>\nthink. Not always [for the better]. If you\u2019re happy when you\u2019re<br \/>\nbroke, you should be happy when you have some money.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>White started from humble beginnings, initially working as a<br \/>\nfitness boxing instructor. White later started managing fighters<br \/>\nand took over UFC with the Fertitta brothers when the company was<br \/>\nabout to go bankrupt. White is given the lion\u2019s share of credit for<br \/>\nbuilding the UFC into a multi-million dollar empire.
