Paulo
\nCosta<\/a> is ready to fight Khamzat
\nChimaev<\/a> in any weight class. <\/p>\n

Costa (15-4) will face Azamat
\nMurzakanov<\/a> (16-0) in a light heavyweight clash at UFC 327<\/a>
\non April 11 at the Kaseya Center in Miami. While Costa is unsure
\nwhether he will continue at light heavyweight, \u201cBorrachinha\u201d is
\nconfident that he can still make middleweight whenever he
\nwants.  <\/p>\n

Costa believes he can call for a middleweight title shot against
\nChimaev with a convincing win over undefeated Murzakanov. The
\nformer middleweight title challenger also doesn\u2019t mind waiting for
\nChimaev at light heavyweight.<\/p>\n

\u2018I Can Fight Him in Both Divisions\u2019<\/h2>\n

\u201c[Khamzat] is the champion right now,\u201d Costa said on “The Ariel Helwani Show.\u201d<\/a> \u201cI think after a good
\nvictory against Azamat on April 11, I get back at middleweight to
\nbe in line to fight him. Or I can wait for him at 205. I can fight
\nhim in both divisions.\u201d <\/p>\n

Chimaev dominantly defeated Dricus Du
\nPlessis<\/a> to win the middleweight title at
\nUFC 319<\/a> last year. Chimaev\u2019s future remains unsure as he had
\noriginally been teasing a move to light heavyweight to challenge
\nAlex
\nPereira<\/a>. However, Dana White clearly said that he would like to
\nsee Chimaev defend his title first. However, Chimaev\u2019s move to
\nlight heavyweight is immediately unlikely as Jiri
\nProchazka<\/a> and Carlos
\nUlberg<\/a> will fight for the vacant title at UFC 327. This means
\nthat Pereira will vacate the light heavyweight title and move up,
\nand Chimaev will have to stay put at middleweight for the time
\nbeing. <\/p>\n

Costa is coming off an upset win over Roman
\nKopylov<\/a> that saw him rebound from consecutive losses against
\nRobert
\nWhittaker<\/a> and Sean
\nStrickland<\/a>. Meanwhile, Murzaknov has finished five of his six
\nUFC wins so far, most notably knocking out Aleksandar
\nRakic<\/a> at UFC 321<\/a>
\nlast year. <\/p>\n
