Perez took on women\u2019s bantamweight veteran Macy
\nChiasson<\/a> at
\nUFC Mexico<\/a> on Saturday at the Arena CDMX in Mexico City,
\nMexico. After dropping the first round, Perez bounced back to earn
\na unanimous decision win, which is her sixth straight win. Perez
\nsubsequently called out<\/a> archenemy Tracy
\nCortez<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Perez later elaborated on her callout of Cortez. Perez says this is
\nthe best time for Cortez to fight her, as \u201cFiona\u201d won\u2019t give her
\nthe opportunity when she is the champion. Perez says that while
\nCortez is always beefing with her, she is nowhere to be found after
\nthe callout.<\/p>\n

Looking for a Fight<\/h2>\n

\u201cI already conquered the bantamweight division,\u201d Perez told the
\n
\nUFC<\/a>. \u201cAll the girls in the weight class are scared of me. And
\nthe time to fight Tracy is now. Because when I\u2019m the champion, I\u2019m
\nnot going to give her that opportunity. So the fight is now.
\nTracy
\nCortez<\/a> is always trying to fight me outside the cage, she\u2019s
\nalways trying to look for me. And when I\u2019m trying to look for her,
\nwhere is she? Nowhere, she\u2019s a coward.\u201d <\/p>\n

Argentina\u2019s Perez (13-2) initially called out Cortez (12-3) after
\nher win over Darya
\nZheleznyakova<\/a> at UFC Paris. However, Cortez said she was
\nunbothered. Following her upset win over Karol Rosa<\/a>
\nat UFC 311 last year, Perez went off on Cortez, who was also
\nattending the event. Cortez responded, claiming Perez tried to
\nshake her hand when they ran into each other. Cortez is 1-2 in her
\nlast three and coming off a submission loss against Erin
\nBlanchfield<\/a>. <\/p>\n
