\nOliveira<\/a>\u2019s grappling isn\u2019t levels above his own. <\/p>\n

Oliveira challenged Max
\nHolloway<\/a> for the BMF belt in the main event at
\nUFC 326<\/a> on Saturday. Oliveira controlled Holloway on the ground
\nfor over 20 minutes to earn a dominant unanimous decision victory.
\nReacting to the fight, Pimblett says he would love the opportunity
\nto fight Oliveira. While fans might consider Oliveira\u2019s grappling
\nto be on a different level than Pimblett\u2019s, \u201cThe Baddy\u201d knows
\nthat\u2019s not the case. Pimblett believes he will end up having a
\nstriking battle with Oliveira if they fight.<\/p>\n

The Same Level?<\/h2>\n

\u201cI’d love to fight Charles, though,\u201d Pimblett said on YouTube<\/a>. \u201cEveryone talks about his grappling
\nand thinks it’s levels above mine, but I know it isn\u2019t. If I fought
\nCharles, I’d probably end up having a war on the feet.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Oliveira (37-11) threatened submissions on the ground,
\nHolloway did an excellent job of defending against a feared
\nsubmission artist like \u201cdo Bronx.\u201d However, Oliveira faced some
\nbacklash for not landing enough damage on \u201cBlessed\u201d despite
\ncontrolling him for most of the fight. Despite Oliveira\u2019s dominant
\nwin, some fans didn\u2019t think the performance did justice to the BMF
\ntitle. <\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Pimblett (23-4) is coming off a unanimous decision loss
\nin an interim lightweight title fight against Justin
\nGaethje<\/a>, who was choked out<\/a> by Oliveira in 2022. <\/p>\n
