Charles
\nJohnson<\/a> believes he won every round convincingly against
\nBruno
\nSilva<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Flyweight veterans Johnson (19-8) and Silva (15-8) opened the
\n
\nUFC Vegas 114<\/a> main card action on Saturday at the Apex in Las
\nVegas. Johnson initially seemed hesitant and unable to find his
\nrange against Silva. However, \u201cInnerG\u201d rallied back as the fight
\nprogressed and found his momentum in the latter rounds. Johnson
\neventually earned a split-decision victory, which many believe
\ncould have gone either way. <\/p>\n

However, Johnson believes he should have earned a clear, unanimous
\ndecision victory. While judge Anthony Maness scored all three
\nrounds in favoor of Johnson, judge Mike Bell<\/a>
\ngave two rounds to Silva. Johnson found Bell\u2019s scorecards \u201cweird,\u201d
\nas he believes he evidently landed the more consequential
\nshots.<\/p>\n

Confused But Thankful<\/h2>\n

\u201cI thought I won every round,\u201d Johnson said in a post-fight
\ninterview with the UFC. \u201cI was surprised. I had it 30-27, so I
\nthought it was weird that he got scored two rounds. He was pushing
\nme back and taking shots, and I stuffed every shot. I was landing
\nall the clean shots, and he was missing a lot. I had him all busted
\nup, I was hitting him with a lot of things. So it was very weird,
\nthe scorecards, but they always are. I\u2019m just thankful for the
\nwin.\u201d <\/p>\n

Johnson is now 2-2 in his last four and rebounded from a knockout
\nloss against Alex Perez<\/a>
\nwith the win over Silva on Saturday. <\/p>\n
