Despite being in the midst of a six-bout losing streak, the
\nAustralian heavyweight will get another shot in the Octagon when he
\nfaces Sean Sharaf<\/a>
\nat UFC Perth<\/a>
\non May 2. The Las Vegas-based promotion announced the booking over
\nthe weekend.<\/p>\n

Tuivasa returned following a nearly year-and-a-half hiatus at
\n
\nUFC 325<\/a>, where he dropped a lackluster unanimous decision to
\nTallison
\nTeixeira<\/a> on Jan. 31. That extended his losing streak to six, a
\nslump that also includes setbacks to Jarizinho Rozenstruik,
\nMarcin
\nTybura<\/a>, Alexander
\nVolkov<\/a>, Sergei
\nPavlovich<\/a> and Ciryl Gane<\/a>.
\n\u201cBam Bam\u201d emerged as a popular figure thanks to a number of
\nknockout victories earlier in his UFC tenure along with his
\npenchant for enjoying post-fight \u201cshoeys.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sharaf made his promotional debut with just a 4-0 professional
\nrecord. He has since suffered technical knockout losses against
\nJustin
\nTafa<\/a> and Steven
\nAsplund<\/a> in his first two UFC appearances.<\/p>\n

Several other bouts were also announced for UFC Perth: Jacob
\nMalkoun<\/a> vs. Gerald
\nMeerschaert<\/a> at middleweight; Kevin
\nChristian<\/a> vs. Junior Tafa<\/a>
\nat light heavyweight and Robert
\nBryczek<\/a> vs. Cam Rowston at middleweight.<\/p>\n

UFC Perth \u2014 also known as UFC Fight Night 275 \u2014 takes place at RAC
\nArena in Perth, Australia, and is headlined by a welterweight scrap
\nbetween Jack
\nDella Maddalena<\/a> and Carlos
\nPrates<\/a>.<\/p>\n
