\nattorney\u2019s office elected not to pursue charges because \u201cthe victim
\nrefused to provide a sworn statement\u201d and “parties were engaged in
\nmutual combat and provided conflicting accounts of the incident.\u201d
\nDue to the lack of cooperation from the victim, the DA determined
\nit was unlikely that Rozenstruik would be convicted.<\/p>\n
\ntouch or strike\/battery\/domestic violence. During the dispute with
\nhis partner, which occurred while the couple was driving from a
\nstorage unit in Pembroke Pines, Florida, Rozenstruik allegedly
\nslapped the woman\u2019s phone out of her hand, grabbed her arm and bit
\nher when she refused to kiss him. The woman also claimed that she
\npunched Rozenstruik in self defense. According to police had \u201ca
\nvisible bite mark on her right bicep, redness on both of her
\nforearms and a red scratch\/bruise mark under her right eye.\u201d
\nRozenstruik was also deemed \u201cuncooperative\u201d with the
