\nbare-knuckle fight. <\/p>\n

Romero and Vagabov headlined IBA 4 in St. Petersburg, Russia, on
\nSaturday. Despite Romero scoring a knockdown, Vagabov was declared
\nthe winner after five rounds. The crowd immediately expressed its
\ndisagreement with the decision by raining down boos. <\/p>\n

IBA president Umar Kremlev has since announced that Romero\u2019s loss
\nwill now be reviewed under a special commission, and Vagabov might
\nhave his win taken away. Romero supports IBA\u2019s decision to review
\nthe result, which he believes only satisfied Vagabov and his team.
\nRomero says that reviewing the fight is the right way to protect
\nthe image of IBA.<\/p>\n

Protecting the Image of the Company<\/h2>\n

\u201cAbout the decision, about the fight, nobody stay happy,\u201d Romero
\ntold Red Corner MMA. \u201cI think the only people who stay happy about
\nthe decision is my opponent and his team. The president is making
\nthe right choice with that, that\u2019s protecting the image of the
\ncompany and not tainting their legacy and the sport.\u201d <\/p>\n

Romero (16-7) has been competing in Dirty Boxing, bare-knuckle, and
\nwrestling since he retired from MMA. The 48-year-old was coming off
\na wrestling loss against Stephen Buchanan. <\/p>\n
