Barring some special circumstances, Ronda
\nRousey<\/a>\u2019s return to mixed martial arts is likely a one-and-done
\nscenario.<\/p>\n

Rousey will compete for the first time since December 2016 when she
\nfaces Gina Carano<\/a>
\nin the main event of a
\nMost Valuable Promotions card<\/a> streamed via Netflix on May 16 at
\nthe Intuit Dome in Los Angeles. While the former
\nUFC<\/a> bantamweight queen has appeared to be fully invested in her
\ncomeback, both in terms of training and in promotional efforts, she
\nhas no designs on sticking around for too long.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m done fighting after this,\u201d Rousey recently told “The
\nBreakfast Club\u201d<\/a> (via MMAFighting.com<\/a>). \u201cUnless something goes down
\nin this match that it deserves a trilogy from me and Gina. But I
\npromised my husband, I promised my sister, everybody that this is
\nmy last one. I want to have more kids, too.\u201d<\/p>\n

Money Not an Issue<\/h2>\n

Rousey currently has two kids with her husband, former UFC
\nheavyweight Travis
\nBrowne<\/a>. The desire to focus on family surpasses any potential
\nfinancial gains, and according to Rousey, money is not an
\nissue.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe make money so we can spend our time how we want, with who we
\nwant, where we want. I already have that,\u201d Rousey said. \u201cIf I\u2019m
\ngoing spending time away from my family to make more money that\u2019s
\nnot going to change our situation at all, what are you doing? It\u2019s
\njust dragon sickness.<\/p>\n

\u201cKeep in mind what you\u2019re doing these things for. I\u2019m doing it for
\nthem. I don\u2019t want to spend more time away from them trying to get
\nmore money that they don\u2019t need.\u201d<\/p>\n
