\nare involved in an unexpected beef. <\/p>\n

Sonnen (31-17) recently accused Masvidal (35-17) of promoting a
\nfalse narrative about a potential return to the
\nUFC<\/a>. Masvidal responded by mocking Sonnen for his history of
\nPED use. Masvidal says Sonnen\u2019s greatest achievement is nearly
\nending Anderson
\nSilva<\/a>\u2019s spectacular title run at UFC 117 in 2010 before getting
\nsubmitted by \u201cThe Spider\u201d in the last round. Masvidal also notes
\nthat Sonnen was caught using PEDs for the fight against Silva.
\nWhile Sonnen has failed drug tests three times in his career,
\nMasvidal proudly boasts his clean record.<\/p>\n

A Clean History<\/h2>\n

\u201cThis motherf\u2014-er has some nerve,\u201d Masvidal said on the “Death Row MMA\u201d podcast<\/a> . \u201cHe\u2019s transitioning into a
\nwoman; he\u2019s talking s\u2014t to me\u2026 Now that he\u2019s a lesbian, he thinks I
\ncan\u2019t slap him. I\u2019ll still slap the f\u2014k out of you, Chael\u2026 I can\u2019t
\ntake this guy seriously. The greatest thing he did was fight
\nAnderson
\nSilva<\/a>, still lose and get tapped. And he was on seven different
\nPEDs. Dude, you can never talk to me. I\u2019ve never had a f\u2014-ing
\npositive exam for steroids in my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Masvidal retired from the UFC on a four-fight slump, following a
\nloss against Gilbert
\nBurns<\/a> in 2023. Masvidal belongs to a long list of fighters,
\nboth retired and active, who threw their names in the mix as soon
\nas the plan for the
\nUFC White House<\/a> card was announced. However, the former UFC BMF
\nchampion never went beyond casually teasing a return to the
\nUFC.  Masvidal further challenged Sonnen to a bare-knuckle MMA
\nfight in his own promotion, Gamebred.<\/p>\n

\u201cChael, I\u2019ve got a proposition for you,\u201d Masvidal said. \u201cI\u2019m going
\nto beat the f\u2014-ing living brakes off you. I\u2019ll pay you to come over
\nto my promotion, bare-knuckle MMA. I\u2019ll go up to heavyweight and
\nbeat the f\u2014-ing lesbian out of you.\u201d<\/p>\n
