Sean
\nStrickland<\/a> won\u2019t pay heed to the
\nUltimate Fighting Championship<\/a>\u2019s attempts to keep him away from
\nKhamzat
\nChimaev<\/a> ahead of their fight.<\/p>\n

Strickland is scheduled to challenge Chimaev for the middleweight
\ntitle at
\nUFC 328<\/a> on May 9 at Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
\nThe rivalry between the two appears to be intense, especially on
\nStrickland\u2019s side. UFC boss Dana White also said that security will
\nbe increased and that there won\u2019t be any face-off between
\nStrickland and Chimaev ahead of the fight to avoid any drama.<\/p>\n

Strickland (30-7) recently accused the UFC of trying to limit his
\ninteractions with Chimaev (15-0). Strickland warned the UFC against
\nunfair treatment between the two camps. The former middleweight
\nchampion threatened to confront Chimaev in the hotel lobby if he is
\ntreated unequally. Strickland wrote on X:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe @UFC is trying to limit my interactions with the dog. Listen I
\nwill say this now. I will not be controlled by a third world
\ndog…. If I find there is unequal treatment between our camps I
\nwill walk to the lobby and wait for him. Control your whore or
\ndon\u2019t. I don\u2019t care. Let the chips fall where they may this is
\nAmerica\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

Strickland further hinted that he will be under scrutiny throughout
\nfight week.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe fight week will be me in handcuffs. The fact there is this
\ngoat fuc*er who shouldn’t even be allowed to be in America making
\nthreats. You think I give a flying fu*k about some stupid goat
\nfuc*er?\u201d<\/p>\n

While Strickland seems to have a serious beef with Chimaev, the
\nchampion claims otherwise. According to Chimaev, when approached by
\nhis team, Strickland said that he is trash-talking just to build
\nthe fight.<\/p>\n
