\nBrady<\/a> recently made some shocking claims about his UFC 322<\/a>
\nfight against Michael
\nMorales<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Brady took on fellow welterweight contender Morales at UFC 322 this
\npast November at Madison Square Garden in New York. Morales looked
\nnearly flawless while knocking Brady out in the first round. While
\nBrady blames only himself, he claims he wasn\u2019t fully focused on his
\nfight against Morales.<\/p>\n

Brady recently revealed that he was told that the fight was off a
\ncouple of days before it happened. While Brady didn\u2019t divulge many
\ndetails, he says it was something to do with the medicals.
\nAccording to Brady, the matchup was tentative for a couple of days
\nand was only confirmed just hours before he left for the arena.<\/p>\n

\u201cI won\u2019t say too many details, something with the medicals to where
\nwe found out on Thursday that the fight might not happen,\u201d Brady recently told MMA Fighting<\/a>. \u201cSo it was a
\nlot up in the air for the next two days if this fight was even
\ngoing to happen, and ultimately, Saturday night, right before I
\nleft for the fight, is when I found out I was still fighting. It
\nwas hard to stay fully locked in. But that was my fault\u2026 We didn\u2019t
\nknow literally a couple of hours before we left for the arena if I
\nwas still fighting or not.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brady\u2019s (18-2) loss against Morales ended a three-fight winning
\nstreak and removed him from the title picture for the time being.
\nBrady is now scheduled to fight Joaquin
\nBuckley<\/a> (21-7) at
\nUFC 328<\/a> on May 9 at Prudential Center in Newark, New
\nJersey.<\/p>\n
