Justin Gaethje doesn\u2019t think Ilia Topuria\u2019s defense is
\nimpenetrable. <\/p>\n

Gaethje will challenge Topuria for the lightweight title in the
\nmain event at
\nUFC White House<\/a> on June 14. Gaethje is a +385 underdog going
\ninto the fight against Topuria, a -500 favorite. <\/p>\n

Topuria is coming off three consecutive knockouts against Alexander
\nVolkanovski, Max Holloway, and Charles Oliveira. However, Gaethje
\nsaw at least two of his fellow veterans find success against
\nTopuria. While Topuria had dominant wins over all three, Gaethje,
\non closer inspection, saw Oliveira and Holloway winning some
\nexchanges against \u201cEl Matador.\u201d However, Gaethje believes Oliveira
\nand Holloway even made some mistakes, which he knows he can\u2019t
\nafford against a precise technician like Topuria.<\/p>\n

Upon Further Review<\/h2>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s very important for me to use my head for position and put my
\nhead in his chest, push him backwards, put him in a dog fight,\u201d
\nGaethje told Grind City Media<\/a>. \u201cWe\u2019ve seen him getting hit.
\nYou watch the Max Holloway fight, you\u2019re like, \u2018Wow, he\u2019s so
\ndominant.\u2019 But then you go back and watch it again, Max had plenty
\nof success in the exchanges, Oliveira had plenty of success in the
\nexchanges. Then they made certain mistakes, and he is so good at
\ntaking advantage of your mistakes. So those are the things I cannot
\ndo, I cannot go backwards.\u201d
