\ndue to an accident. <\/p>\n

Soriano recently revealed that he is currently recovering from a
\ncar accident. While Soriano originally planned to fight in July,
\nthe Hawaiian was involved in a car accident. Soriano claims his car
\nwas very slow when it was hit by an \u201cold man\u201d near a red light.
\nSoriano suffered a mild concussion and injuries to his neck.<\/p>\n

\u2018I Was Kind of Embarrassed\u2019<\/h2>\n

\u201cI was like, I\u2019m gonna look for a fight in July. I\u2019m gonna start
\ngetting healthy; I\u2019m gonna start training hard, but I got into a
\ncar accident,\u201d Soriano told Home of Fight. \u201cSome old man hit me. I
\ngot a mild concussion, my neck was jacked up. I was kind of
\nembarrassed, actually because we were going slow, we were off a red
\nlight and just kind of T-bones me. I didn\u2019t see it. I was so
\nconfused. It kind of messed me up.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Soriano (13-4) started his
\nUFC<\/a> journey as a highly-touted finisher, he dropped four out of
\nhis five outings between 2021 and 2023. However, \u201cStory Time\u201d has
\nsince rebounded with four consecutive wins, displaying a more
\nmeasured approach. Soriano is coming off a unanimous decision win
\nover Ramiz
\nBrahimaj<\/a> this past February.  <\/p>\n
