\nRakhmonov<\/a> is getting back to work.<\/p>\n

A video posted by DAR PRO TEAM on Instagram shows the undefeated
\n
\nUFC<\/a> welterweight in the gym, moving around and doing what
\nappears to be some light sparring. While that wouldn\u2019t normally be
\nsignificant by itself, it is for Rakhmonov, who has been out of
\naction since December 2024, when he took a five-round verdict over
\nIan
\nGarry<\/a> at UFC 310.<\/p>\n

A knee injury prevented \u201cNomad\u201d from challenging then champion
\nBelal
\nMuhammad<\/a> for welterweight gold in the first half of 2025, and
\nhe remained sidelined for the remainder of the year.<\/p>\n

More bad news hit at the beginning of 2026, when it was revealed
\nthat Rakhmonov would be out for at least nine to 10 more months
\nafter reinjuring that same knee. While a timetable for the
\n31-year-old\u2019s return is unknown, it likely wouldn\u2019t occur until
\nlate this year at the earliest.<\/p>\n

Rakhmonov\u2019s 19-0 professional mark includes seven triumphs in UFC
\ncompetition. Garry is the only opponent that he hasn\u2019t stopped
\ninside the distance. He owns other notable victories over the likes
\nof Stephen
\nThompson<\/a>, Geoff Neal<\/a>
\nand Neil
\nMagny<\/a>.<\/p>\n
