\nTopuria<\/a> is leaving no stone unturned in preparing for his
\nupcoming fight. <\/p>\n

Topuria (17-0) puts his lightweight title on the line against
\ninterim champion Justin
\nGaethje<\/a> (27-5) in the main event at
\nUFC White House<\/a> on June 14. Topuria recently revealed a
\nneurostimulation device he uses in fight camps. The device, which
\nlooks like a complicated headgear, has two variations. The version
\nTopuria was wearing in his YouTube video is used to increase focus
\nbefore training.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl Matador\u201d claims the effect of the device is better than 100
\ncups of coffee. Topuria says there\u2019s another version of the device
\nthat is used after training for mental recovery and sleep. Topuria
\njokes that the only flaw the device has is its weird
\nappearance.<\/p>\n

Weird But Effective<\/h2>\n

\u201cThis is neurostimulation with infrared light and serves for
\nvarious things, to improve focus, for mental recovery, to improve
\nsleep,\u201d Topuria said on YouTube<\/a>. \u201cWhat I notice most is the focus before
\ntraining. It’s like not even 100 coffees match the effects of this.
\nLike super focused. I’ve used it in all my camps. It’s always
\nworked very well for me. Yeah, it’s true, it looks really weird,
\nbut it’s amazing. It’s 15 minutes that I have to be here.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe only bad thing is that if they take a photo of you with this
\nand publish it somewhere, you’ve got to pay a price for the good
\nthings sometimes. This model has like two separate helmets. This is
\nfor before training, and then I have another one that goes [near
\nthe neck], it’s for at night, for after training. They don’t feel
\nanything. I only feel and hear the snoring.\u201d<\/p>\n
