Costa recently announced on the MMA
\nHOJE<\/a> podcast that he is officially moving up from featherweight

On the Heels of Defeat<\/h2>\n

Costa\u2019s decision comes following his unanimous decision loss
\nagainst top featherweight contender Arnold
\nAllen<\/a> last month. While Costa put on a gritty performance,
\nAllen just outclassed him in a technical affair. Costa went 1-2 in
\nhis first three UFC outings after making his debut in 2023. \u201cThe
\nDalmatian\u201d then rebounded with a six-fight winning streak, with
\nfour finishes, which ended with his loss to Allen. <\/p>\n

Costa (26-8) recently had a confrontation with Jean Silva<\/a>,
\nwhom he had called out in the past. However, that matchup is
