The
\nUltimate Fighting Championship<\/a>\u2019s June 14 event at the White
\nHouse has been the talk of the sport for months, with countless
\nfighters jockeying for the chance to fight on the card, then once
\nthe lineup was finalized, for a spot in the very limited on-site
\nseating. According to rumor, UFC middleweight champ Strickland
\n(31-7), who is well known for voicing his unfiltered opinions,
\nrecent rumors suggested that the reigning middleweight champion has
\nbeen barred from the event, potentially due to incendiary remarks
\nhe made last week about Israel and its longtime leader, Prime
\nMinister Benjamin Netanyahu.<\/p>\n

However, UFC CEO Dana White dismissed the rumors, acknowledging
\nStrickland\u2019s penchant for controversy but maintaining that nobody
\nhad been banned and that attendance was constrained by space and
\nseating. White also pointed out that Strickland had already voiced
\nhis contempt for the event and disinterest in attending.<\/p>\n

\u201cSean
\nStrickland<\/a> is banned from humanity,\u201d White quipped. \u201cWe don\u2019t
\nwant him near any human beings, anywhere\u2026 He made it very clear
\nthat he didn\u2019t want to be a part of this event. Now, apparently,
\nhe\u2019s banned. Nobody\u2019s banned. Nobody\u2019s music is banned, no media
\nmembers have been banned\u2026 This is obviously a very unique event,
\nwhere there\u2019s only so much room\u2026 there\u2019s only 4300 tickets.\u201d<\/p>\n

For his part, Strickland claims he is not bothered about not being
\ninvited to the White House card. Strickland has been severely
\ncriticizing America\u2019s involvement in the ongoing conflict between
\nIsrael and Palestine. Strickland says he, too, would have banned
\nhimself from the White House card:<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not even salty they didn\u2019t clear me. Could you picture me
\nsitting with Kash Patel? F*ck man, I\u2019d ban me from the White House
\ntoo.\u201d<\/p>\n

Strickland also further claimed that Hunter Campbell had told him
\nthat he would arrange an invitation for him to the White House
\ncard. However, the UFC allegedly told him later that he was not
\n\u201ccleared.\u201d Strickland wrote on X:<\/p>\n
