\nGaethje<\/a> sticks to his game plan.<\/p>\n

Topuria (17-0) will look to defend his lightweight title against
\ninterim champion Gaethje (27-5) in the
\nUFC White House: Freedom 250<\/a> main event on June 14. Topuria is
\ncoming off consecutive knockouts over legends in Alexander
\nVolkanovski<\/a>, Max
\nHolloway<\/a> and Charles
\nOliveira<\/a>. Gaethje believes all three veterans made the mistake
\nof going on their back foot against Topuria. Gaethje claims he will
\ntry to move forward, even at the cost of absorbing damage.<\/p>\n

Topuria believes half the job is already done if Gaethje tries to
\nmove forward. \u201cEl Matador\u201d claims all he needs to knock someone out
\nis for them to stay stagnant and start trading shots. If Gaethje
\nmoves forward, Topuria believes he won\u2019t take more than a couple of
\nminutes to knock out \u201cThe Highlight.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIf he\u2019s gonna do what he has been saying, that he is gonna try to
\nmove forward and all that, that\u2019s all I need,\u201d Topuria told
\nMMA Fighting<\/a>. \u201cJust try to move forward, and I’m gonna have
\nhalf the job already done. All I need from my opponents is to have
\nthem against the wall or stop them and start exchanging punches. If
\nhe\u2019s gonna try to move forward, I\u2019m gonna knock him out in the
\nfirst minute, second minute.\u201d<\/p>\n
