Sean
\nO’Malley<\/a> recently revealed which was the hardest strike he\u2019s
\never taken\u2014and it came just when things seemed to be going
\nwell.<\/p>\n

The former bantamweight titleholder, who faces Aiemann

\nUFC Freedom 250<\/a> on Sunday at the White House, said that current
\nchamp Petr
\nYan<\/a> hit him with the hardest shot of his career. O\u2019Malley,
\nstill a rising contender at the time, faced Yan at UFC 280 in 2022
\nin his biggest step up in competition to that point in his career.
\nEarly in Round 2, O\u2019Malley hurt Yan with a huge uppercut, leaving
\n\u201cNo Mercy\u201d on wobbly legs. As O\u2019Malley gave chase, smelling blood,
\nYan turned the tables with a straight left that rocked \u201cSuga.\u201d
\nO\u2019Malley admits that Yan\u2019s left hand was the hardest shot he has
\neaten so far. O\u2019Malley said on the Friends Keep Secrets

\nYan<\/a>, the guy that\u2019s the champ right now. When I fought him in
\nAbu Dhabi, second round, I came out, cracked him hard, rocked him,
\nhit him with a right hand, dropped him. Fast forward 45 seconds,
\nwe\u2019re both standing there, and he hits me with a left hand, you see
\nmy head completely turn all the way around. That was probably the
\nhardest I\u2019ve been hit.\u201d
