\nDenis<\/a>.<\/p>\n

St. Denis is scheduled to fight Paddy
\nPimblett<\/a> at
\nUFC 329<\/a> on July 11 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Meanwhile,
\nChandler takes on Mauricio
\nRuffy<\/a> at
\nUFC White House: Freedom 250<\/a> on June 14.<\/p>\n

Chandler recently revealed that he almost had a booking against St.
\nDenis secured for the White House card. While Chandler believes it
\nwould have delivered fireworks, the matchup eventually didn\u2019t come
\nto fruition.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was actually supposed to fight BSD on this card,\u201d Chandler told
\nUFC on TNT Sports. \u201cI asked for him. I told Hunter Campbell, \u2018Name
\na better fight that you can put on the White House than me vs. BSD.
\nHe\u2019s a hard-nosed, fast-paced brawler, fought for his country in
\nthe military. I\u2019m a red, white, and blue-blooded American,
\npassionate, come forward, get in your face.\u2019 It would have been a
\nchaotic fight. And then obviously we pivoted to Ruffy.\u201d<\/p>\n

While St. Denis is a slight favourite against Pimblett, Chandler
\nbelieves \u201cThe Baddy\u201d is underestimated. While \u201cGod of War\u201d brings a
\nchaotic pace, Chandler believes Pimblett will be able to hold his
\nown against the Frenchman. Chandler notes that Pimblett has already
\nproved his mental toughness in his interim title loss against
\nJustin
\nGaethje<\/a>. Chandler considers Pimblett more skilled and predicts
\nthat he will beat St. Denis.<\/p>\n

\u201cPaddy is better than everybody thinks he is. He showed it in the
\nJustin Gaethje fight. BSD brings a fast pace to it, but Paddy is a
\nheck of a competitor. Paddy is mentally tough, we saw that in the
\nGaethje fight. I think Paddy is more skilled, Paddy has more ways
\nto win. I think Paddy gets the win.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pimblett (23-4) was undefeated in seven UFC outings, topped off by
\na finish over Chandler, before losing to Gaethje in his last
\nouting. Meanwhile, St. Denis is 9-3 in the UFC and currently riding
\na four-fight finishing streak.<\/p>\n
