President Donald Trump\u2019s son allegedly asked Daniel
\nCormier<\/a> about potentially \u201crigged\u201d fights at the White
\nHouse. <\/p>\n

Cormier is on commentary duty for
\nUFC Freedom 250<\/a> on Sunday at the White House. \u201cDC\u201d posted
\nnow-deleted screenshots of an alleged chat with President Trump\u2019s
\neldest son, Eric Trump. <\/p>\n

Eric initially asked Cormier for any fight predictions and if he
\nwas betting. Cormier told Eric that, as an employee, he is not
\nallowed to bet on
\nUFC<\/a> fights. Eric then asked Cormier if any of the fighters on
\nthe card were injured. Cormier said the fighters were all in good
\nshape while expressing confusion about Eric\u2019s question. Eric then
\ncut to the chase and directly asked Cormier about any potentially
\nrigged fights.<\/p>\n

\u201cI’ll just cut to the chase,\u201d Eric allegedly wrote. \u201cAre any of the
\nfights tomorrow rigged? I’ve been eyeing the Lopes fight and I
\nthink an upset wouldn’t be too unrealistic. $$\u201d<\/p>\n

Cormier responded: \u201cNo none of our fights rigged and honestly I am
\nappalled that you would even ask me something like that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cormier also wrote in the caption to his post: \u201cI’m probably going
\nto get a lot of flak for bringing this to light, however I refuse
\nto stay silent. The UFC is a sport that I am deeply passionate
\nabout I will not tolerate this type of insider behavior. Shame on
\nanyone trying to ruin this beautiful event.\u201d<\/p>\n
