Hokit (10-0) knocked out Derrick
\nLewis<\/a> earlier this month at the
\nUFC White House<\/a>. Known for expressing outrageous opinions, \u201cThe
\nIncredible Hok\u201d called former first lady a man in his post-fight
\ninterview at the White House. Hokit has since faced a lot of
\nbacklash for unprovokedly targeting Mrs. Obama. <\/p>\n

However, Hokit refuses to back down. Hokit claims he was trying to
\ncompliment Mrs. Obama by calling her a man. According to Hokit, his
\ncomment was also a display of freedom of speech in America. Hokit
\nvows to never backtrack on his comments, regardless of how
\ncontroversial they are.<\/p>\n

Never Backing Down<\/h2>\n

\u201cI thought I was giving her a compliment,\u201d Hokit said on “The Ariel Helwani Show.\u201d<\/a> \u201cI don’t think anyone viewed
\nit as Michelle Obama being a man. It’s more like she knows how to
\ndeal with adversity, she knows how to work hard like a man when the
\ntimes get tough. I thought it was a perfect opportunity to show the
\nworld how great this country is with freedom of speech… In other
\nparts of the world, you say something like that, and you\u2019re not
\nhere to speak to Ariel Helwani… That’s one thing about my
\ncareer… You’ll never hear me backtrack from what I say.\u201d
