It seems that the
\nUltimate Fighting Championship<\/a> has another batch of numbers it
\nwants to share about its tentpole fight card.<\/p>\n

Following the
\nUFC White House<\/a> card, also known as UFC Freedom 250, the
\norganization was bullish on the expected number of the spectacle
\nevent. The promotion put out its first crop of numbers last week,
\nannouncing an average viewership number during the broadcast of
\nabout seven million in the U.S.<\/p>\n

This tally by itself falls short to the numbers drawn by the first
\nNetflix MMA show headlined by Ronda
\nRousey<\/a> vs. Gina Carano<\/a>,
\nwhich reportedly capped at 9.3 million active viewers. Both Rousey
\nand promoter Jake Paul<\/a>
\nwere quick to pounce on their numerical superiority,
\nshrugging off the UFC<\/a> as the biggest MMA league on in the
\nworld. Possibly in response to the criticism, the UFC has put forth
\na new crop of enhanced numbers with greater locational breakdowns
\nand several new markets in which are now available for review.<\/p>\n

UFC Freedom 250 claims 34 million total global viewers<\/h2>\n

As mentioned before, the UFC and Paramount+ revealed some of their
\nstreaming audience figures shortly after the event. They not only
\nshared that the show hit an average of 7 million viewers, but that
\nit maxed out with 17 million in the U.S. and Latin America
\ncombined. When adding in Australia, China, India, South Korea, New
\nZealand and the U.K., the figure doubles.<\/p>\n

These figures do not include the nations of Spain or France, both
\nof whom had representatives atop the marquee but do not release
\ntheir broadcast data for an extended time per local law. They do,
\nhowever, account for the viewership numbers during fight night and
\nin the days since. Paramount claims that this event has set their
\nrecord for the most-watched live event replay, although it is not
\nclear at the time how many live events that they have run on this
\nservice.<\/p>\n
