\nFerreira<\/a> (15-4) in a middleweight bout at UFC
\nBaku<\/a> on Saturday. Aliskerov dominated Ferreira on the ground
\nwhile holding his own on the feet to score a unanimous decision
\nwin. <\/p>\n

Aliskerov wants an opponent with a big name in his next fight.
\nAliskerov wants to fight again in October, when the
\nUFC<\/a> usually hosts its annual Abu Dhabi card.<\/p>\n

Planning Ahead<\/h2>\n

\u201cNext what I need is big loud fight, a big name,\u201d Aliskerov said in
\na post-fight interview with the UFC. \u201cAt least one fight at the end
\nof the year. So, I\u2019m thinking Abu Dhabi for me, in October, works
\nperfectly. I need one good fight, one big name\u2026 The choice is not
\nfor me. The choice is for Mick [Maynard], for Hunter [Campbell]. If
\nthey give me a good name, I\u2019m happy to fight anybody they
\nsuggest.\u201d<\/p>\n

Aliskerov (18-2) had only lost to Khamzat
\nChimaev<\/a> before making his UFC debut in 2023. Chimaev had once
\nacknowledged Aliskerov as his toughest opponent. Aliskerov is now
\n5-1 in the UFC, with the loss coming against Robert
\nWhittaker<\/a>.  <\/p>\n
