However,<br \/>\nHardy suffered a cut while training, leading her to withdraw from<br \/>\nthe fight card. She posted a video of her<br \/>\nsparring session, including slow-motion footage of a clash of heads<br \/>\nwith her training partner. Her post also includes images of her<br \/>\ncut, both open and stitched up.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt pains me to write this. I\u2019ve replayed the day over and over<br \/>\nwishing it would have gone differently,\u201d Hardy wrote in the<br \/>\ncaption. \u201cThe headgear wasn\u2019t enough. I was so excited for Oklahoma<br \/>\nCity and I\u2019m left heartbroken and disappointed. I am very sorry. I<br \/>\nhope to return soon. Thank you for your ongoing support and<br \/>\nlove.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hardy returned to the win column with a decision victory over<br \/>\n<a rel=\"noopener nofollow noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sherdog.com\/fighter\/Brogan-Walker-176193\">Brogan<br \/>\nWalker<\/a> in October of last year and was looking to extend her<br \/>\nwin streak to two against Barbosa.
