\nsubsequently arrested for alleged public drunkenness. Addressing
\nthe incident, \u201cThe Diamond\u201d has opened up about his battle with
\ndepression.<\/p>\n

Sean Strickland criticizes Dustin Poirier\u2019s comments about
\ndepression and mental health<\/h2>\n

The UFC middleweight champion says Poirier is not allowed to be
\ndepressed, as he is rich and loved by many. The former middleweight
\nchampion wrote on X:

Strickland then slammed how those with a stable life are being
\ndepressed, while others who are less fortunate are grasping at
\nlife. His subsequent post read:<\/p>\n

I just cannot understand depression<\/p>\n

There are kids dying of cancer going through chemo. They would give
\nanything for one more day<\/p>\n

But you a grown ass rich man looks in the mirror and says I’m
\ndepressed.<\/p>\n

Poirier has repeatedly spoken about mental health issues since he
\nretired from fighting. Strickland believes he will have already
\nlost if he needs to find a source of happiness after his
\nretirement. The polarizing 185-pounder claims his happiness comes
\nfrom acts of service to his family and community.<\/p>\n

Once I get done fighting and I ask myself “what will make me happy” I’ve already lost<\/p>\n

Real happiness comes from acts of service to your family or
\ncommunity..<\/p>\n

If I’m in a position where I care less about paying the mortgage
