Brandon
\nRoyval<\/a> has been serving his community for half a decade.<\/p>\n

The
\nUltimate Fighting Championship<\/a> flyweight recently revealed that
\nhe has been volunteering for five years at the Denver Dream Center,
\na non-profit organization that helps youth from troubled
\nbackgrounds rebuild their lives.<\/p>\n

Royval feels privileged to have built personal relationships with
\nless-fortunate kids and watched them grow into young adults. The
\nformer title challenger said in the
\nUFC 329<\/a> \u201cEmbedded\u201d video series:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Dream Center is \u2013 we pick up the kids in the local area,
\nnormally the lower-income area. We bring them, feed them, just
\ncreate relationships, and check up on everybody\u2026 Five years I\u2019ve
\nbeen a volunteer there. And it\u2019s cool cause most of the kids are in
\nmiddle school or high school. So I\u2019ve watched them become young
\nadults and handle adversity. So it\u2019s been really cool and a real
\nprivilege.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bryan Sederwall, the pastor at the Denver Dream Center, says Royval
\nhas been consistent for the past five years. Sederwall claims \u201cRaw
\nDawg\u201d always keeps his commitments to kids, even if he has a fight
\ncoming up.<\/p>\n

Royval (17-9) is set to collide with Lone\u2019er
\nKavanagh<\/a> in a flyweight matchup at UFC 329, which goes down at
\nT-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday, July 11. He will look to
\nrebound from back-to-back losses against Joshua Van<\/a>
\nand Manel Kape<\/a>.
\nMeanwhile, Kavanagh (10-1) is coming off a unanimous decision win
\nover former champion Brandon
\nMoreno<\/a> that saw him bounce back from his first professional
\nloss.<\/p>\n
