\nUltimate Fighting Championship<\/a> to a new level.<\/p>\n

Pimblett (24-4) recently claimed to have bought the stool that
\nTopuria (17-1) used in his corner during his loss to Justin
\nGaethje<\/a> at
\nUFC Freedom 250<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Paddy Pimblett turns his Ilia Topuria rivalry into a
\nheadline-making UFC moment<\/h2>\n

The stool holds significant meaning given what happened in the
\nfight. Topuria was a massive favorite when he put his lightweight
\ntitle on the line against interim champion Gaethje at the White
\nHouse. “El Matador” had even celebrated the day before the fight,
\nas he\u2019s done ahead of previous bouts as well.<\/p>\n

However, Gaethje put on a brutal beatdown on Topuria in the third
\nand fourth rounds, forcing his corner to stop the bout at the end
\nof the penultimate frame. While it is unlikely that Topuria wanted
\nthe fight to end in a corner stoppage, Pimblett repeatedly claimed
\nthat the Georgian-Spaniard quit on the stool.<\/p>\n

Pimblett now claims to have acquired said stool, as he revealed on
\nInstagram with a post captioned, \u201cCollector\u2019s item.\u201d<\/p>\n

Notably, Pimblett went all five rounds with Gaethje earlier this
\nyear, and while he lost on the judges’ scorecards, many commended
\nhis effort and fighting spirit.<\/p>\n

Pimblett’s long-standing rivalry with Topuria was sparked by the
\nEnglishman\u2019s comments about the former champ\u2019s home country of
\nGeorgia. Pimblett even threw a bottle of hand sanitizer at Topuria
\nduring a run-in at a fighter hotel in London in 2022.<\/p>\n

However, a Topuria fan has now taken to social media to reveal that
\nshe was the one who purchased the stool, refuting Pimblett’s
\nclaim.<\/p>\n
