\nMcGregor<\/a>‘s recent injury could pave the way for a clash between
\nthe two, as he now considers the Irishman \u201cincapable of
\nfighting.\u201d<\/p>\n

McGregor returned to action following a five-year hiatus at
\n
\nUFC 329<\/a>, headlining opposite former featherweight champion
\nMax
\nHolloway<\/a>. However, their rematch only lasted 69 seconds after
\nMcGregor suffered a knee injury throwing his first kick.<\/p>\n

With McGregor far removed from his fighting prime, Paul wants to
\ntake him on.<\/p>\n

Logan Paul wants WWE to capitalize on Conor McGregor’s fighting
\nfuture<\/h2>\n

During a recent episode of the “Impaulsive” podcast, Paul discussed
\nthe irony of McGregor\u2019s slump after the Irish superstar previously
\ntook shots at professional wrestling and its biggest stars.<\/p>\n

\u201cSomething I find so funny, he definitely has roasted the WWE<\/a> and WWE superstars in
\nthe past,\u201d Paul said. \u201cHe put out a tweet dissing Roman Reigns<\/a>;
\nthe Roman Reigns tweet was recently. At the moment, Conor is doing
\nWWE. He is incapable of fighting.\u201d<\/p>\n

Paul then claimed that he immediately contacted WWE management
\nafter McGregor\u2019s defeat, pitching the idea of a future clash
\nbetween the two high-profile personalities.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think WWE will let me fight anyone,\u201d Paul added. \u201cI\u2019ll be
\nhonest, I texted my boss after Conor lost. I was like, \u2018Bro, Conor
\nis cooked, do something with it. Make a bag, let me fight him. Big
\nWWE star versus big WWE star, cause that\u2019s what he is now.\u2019 He said
\nthat he thinks he\u2019s done.\u201d<\/p>\n

McGregor has one fight remaining on his current UFC contract and
\nhas reiterated that he intends to return following knee surgery to
\nfight out his contract.<\/p>\n
