\nUltimate Fighting Championship<\/a>‘s return to Abu Dhabi is now
\nofficial following the
\nUFC Abu Dhabi<\/a> weigh-ins.<\/p>\n

Headliners Magomed
\nAnkalaev<\/a> and Bogdan
\nGuskov<\/a> both successfully made light heavyweight for their
\nupcoming five-round fight. All other fighters also successfully hit
\ntheir marks in what was an uneventful weigh-in from a drama
\nperspective. Saturday’s card will feature 13 fights in total.<\/p>\n

“Big Ank” returns to the promotion for the first time since losing
\nthe light heavyweight championship back to Alex
\nPereira<\/a>. The Russian lost the belt via TKO in just 80 seconds.
\nPrior to the setback, Ankalaev (20-2-1, 1 NC) hadn’t lost a fight
\nsince 2018 and put together wins over Pereira, Aleksandar
\nRakic<\/a>, Anthony
\nSmith<\/a> and more. Ankalaev officially weighed 205.5 pounds for
\nthe main event.<\/p>\n

This marks the first UFC main event for Guskov (18-3-1). The
\n33-year-old is coming off a majority draw against Jan
\nBlachowicz<\/a> and had put together four straight wins. The win
\nstreak included knockouts of Nikita
\nKrylov<\/a>, Ryan Spann<\/a>
\nand Zac
\nPauga<\/a>. Guskov also weighed 205.5 pounds for the fight.<\/p>\n

UFC Abu Dhabi will air live on Paramount+ on Saturday starting at 9
\na.m. ET\/6 a.m. PT, and the main card kicks off at noon ET\/9 a.m.
\nPT.<\/p>\n
