Valter
\nWalker<\/a> has issued a warning to his heavyweight peers in the

\nUltimate Fighting Championship<\/a> for when the fight hits the
\nmat.<\/p>\n

The Brazilian submission specialist continued his remarkable streak
\nat
\nUFC Abu Dhabi<\/a>, forcing a tap from Thomas
\nPetersen<\/a> with a rare calf slicer in the first round. This
\nmarked only the fourth successful calf slicer in Octagon history
\nand extended Walker’s streak of sub victories to five straight.<\/p>\n

Valter Walker says he has an answer when opponents defend his
\nheel hook.<\/h2>\n

Walker (16-1) secured four consecutive wins via heel hooks going
\ninto UFC Abu Dhabi and added yet another leg-based submission
\nconquest to his record with his victory over Petersen. \u201cThe Foot
\nHunter\u201d later explained that the finish came after his American
\ncounterpart successfully defended the heel hook.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you\u2019re ready for the heel hook, I have a variation to find a
\nway to win the fight,\u201d Walker said in a post-fight interview. \u201cIf
\nthe fight is on the ground, be careful. I will surprise you every
\ntime.\u201d<\/p>\n

Walker has six submission wins overall, in addition to just as many
\nknockouts. His current streak of first-round submissions paves the
\nway for a high-profile matchup next, which he\u2019s targeting for
\nUFC
\n333<\/a> in October, also slated for Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just want to relax a little bit now, take a holiday with my wife
\n— but I want to fight again in October here,\u201d Walker added. \u201cI\u2019ll
\ntalk to my manager and find out who\u2019s next.\u201d<\/p>\n
