The upcoming
\nProfessional Fighters League<\/a> card has undergone a pair of
\nchanges just days before the event.<\/p>\n


\nPFL New York<\/a>, scheduled for July 31 at UBS Arena in Belmont,
\nN.Y., will move forward with its two featured bouts intact, as
\nUsman
\nNurmagomedov<\/a> looks to defend his lightweight title against
\nArchie
\nColgan<\/a> in the main event, while Dakota
\nDitcheva<\/a> faces Denise
\nKielholtz<\/a> in the co-main event.<\/p>\n

However, two fights have been impacted during fight week, with one
\ncanceled altogether.<\/p>\n

PFL New York Card sees two late changes<\/h2>\n

Simeon
\nPowell<\/a> was scheduled to face Dovletdzhan
\nYagshimuradov<\/a> in a light heavyweight bout on the main card, but
\nthe matchup has been canceled. Powell (12-2) announced the news on
\nsocial media, though he did not disclose the reason behind the
\nwithdrawal. \u201cIt\u2019s one of those ones that\u2019s out of my control,\u201d Powell said in
\nan Instagram video. \u201cIt\u2019s annoying, but we\u2019ve just got to keep
\nmoving.\u201d<\/p>\n

The event also lost a light heavyweight bout from the preliminary
\ncard, as undefeated prospect Zacharia
\nNishimwe<\/a> (4-0) is out of his scheduled matchup against Moustapha
\nDiakhate<\/a> (5-0-1). The promotion is reportedly searching for a
\nshort-notice replacement to keep Diakhate on the card.<\/p>\n
