Hill\u2019s physical transformation has garnered much attention lately.
\nThe actor was known for playing characters on the heavier side, but
\nhis weight loss over the past few years hasn\u2019t gone unnoticed. He
\nrecently revealed that jiu jitsu has played a major role in his
\nfitness journey and positively benefited his confidence as
\nwell.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love Brazilian jiu-jitsu, except my body is begging me not to
\nlove it,\u201d Hill said during his appearance on SiriusXM\u2019s Smartless.
\n\u201cMy wife is often like, \u2018You\u2019re not going to become a professional
\nfighter. You know that, right? You\u2019re a comedian.\u2019 My favorite
