Tommy
\nMcMillen<\/a> claims Alexander
\nVolkanovski<\/a> has no path to victory against him.<\/p>\n

McMillen is currently one of the most hyped featherweight prospects
\non the
\nUltimate Fighting Championship<\/a> roster. The undefeated
\n28-year-old is high in confidence, as reflected in his recent
\ncomments about the reigning champion in his division.<\/p>\n

Tommy McMillen says Alexander Volkanovski has no path to
\nvictory<\/h2>\n

McMillen is open to fighting Volkanovski next for the right amount
\nof money. \u201cGun\u201d doesn\u2019t think the 37-year-old UFC featherweight
\nchampion can beat him and the same goes for any other
\n145-pounder.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll take Volk. He\u2019s like 42 years old, he\u2019s 5\u20195\u201d, what\u2019s his path
\nto victory?\u201d McMillen said on the One Night with Steiny podcast.
\n\u201cHe\u2019s gonna bang with me for five rounds? I\u2019ve never even seen a
\nfourth or fifth round; those are gonna be my best rounds. If the
\nUFC came to me and paid the right amount of money, yes, I\u2019ll go
\nstep in there and fight anybody in the top 15, knowing I can win.
\nThere\u2019s not a man at 145 pounds that I don\u2019t look at and be like,
\n\u2018Oh, I know I can beat him.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

McMillen (11-0) has earned $100k bonuses for both of his UFC wins
\nso far. He also set the record for landing the most significant
\nstrikes in a three-round UFC fight (513) in his recent win over
\nAlberto
\nMontes<\/a>. His contract-winning performance on
\nDana White\u2019s Contender Series<\/a> remains his only bout that has
\ngone the distance.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Volkanovski (28-4) defended the featherweight title five
\ntimes in his first title run before losing it to Ilia
\nTopuria<\/a> in 2024. \u201cThe Great\u201d has since won the vacant title and
\ndefended it against Diego
\nLopes<\/a>. While there\u2019s no official confirmation as yet, the
\nAustralian has indicated that unbeaten contender Movsar
\nEvloev<\/a> is next in line for the belt.<\/p>\n
