\nDana White\u2019s Contender Series<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kropschot kicked off the DWCS 2026 Week 1 action in a middleweight
\nclash against Jonathan
\nKunneman<\/a>. He maintained higher output while his opponent
\ndesperately looked for a Hail Mary overhand right. Kropschot also
\nlocked in an armbar in the final seconds of the fight that looked
\ndeep enough to secure a finish.<\/p>\n

Joseph Kropschot revisits \u2018gross\u2019 injury to opponent on
\nDWCS<\/h2>\n

Kunneman, perhaps too tough for his own good, refused to tap.
\nKropschot eventually dislocated Kunneman\u2019s arm before walking away
\nwith a unanimous decision win. The victor subsequently said that he
\ncan\u2019t believe his opponent didn\u2019t tap to the armbar.<\/p>\n

\u201cI cannot believe he didn\u2019t tap,\u201d Kropschot said in his post-fight
\ninterview. \u201cThat bent like at the right angle. Gross.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kropschot (9-3) was on a four-fight finishing streak going into his
\nDWCS opportunity, where he earned an
\nUltimate Fighting Championship<\/a> contract for his performance.
\nMeanwhile, Kunneman (10-1) suffered his first professional
\nloss.
