Stephen
\nThompson<\/a> is looking to end his
\nUltimate Fighting Championship<\/a> contract with a bang.<\/p>\n

Thompson (17-9-1) recently revealed that he has one fight left in
\nhis current UFC contract. \u201cWonderboy\u201d is looking to fight out his
\ndeal at the UFC\u2019s annual New York City card in November at Madison
\nSquare Garden, which will likely be UFC 334.<\/p>\n

Stephen Thompson targets Nov. 14 at Madison Square Garden with
\none fight remaining on his UFC contract<\/h2>\n

Thompson is going through the welterweight roster to scout an
\nopponent who can deliver a potential banger with him.<\/p>\n

\u201cMadison Square Garden, Nov. 14, got to make it happen,\u201d the former
\ntitle challenger told Home of Fight. \u201cI\u2019ve actually got one fight
\nleft in my contract. We\u2019re looking at November\u2026 We\u2019ll see who we
\nget. We\u2019re kind of looking at the roster, trying to find out a good
\nfight. A good barnburner, if you will, for that card.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Thompson never tasted UFC gold despite two attempts against
\nTyron
\nWoodley<\/a>, the former kickboxer has endeared himself to the
\nfanbase with his flashy striking style and well-mannered nature.
\nThe 43-year-old is currently on a three-fight slump, losing to
\nGabriel
\nBonfim<\/a>, Joaquin
\nBuckley<\/a> and Shavkat
\nRakhmonov<\/a> in his recent bouts.<\/p>\n
