Lucas Fernando backs up bold message with TKO of Rafael Tobias
\nat UFC 330<\/h2>\n

UFC 330\u2019s all-Brazilian matchup showcased Fernando’s versatile
\noffense. He attacked Tobias’ legs and body with kicks while mixing
\nin crisp boxing combinations. Even when Tobias caught a kick and
\nbriefly put Fernando on the canvas, the latter promptly worked his
\nway back to his feet. He ultimately secured the stoppage at 1:10 of
\nthe third round.<\/p>\n

During a post-fight interview, Fernando opened up about what the
\nvictory means to him.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a dream come true,\u201d Fernando said. \u201cI\u2019ve been dreaming about
\nthis my entire life, and I am very happy with this arrival in the
\nUFC. And as I have said, I didn\u2019t come here to be just another
\nfighter in the UFC. God has helped me in writing this story for
\nme.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fernando improved his record to 14-3, picking up his 10th
\nfinish.<\/p>\n
