\nLiddell<\/a> has sought emergency custody of his teenage daughter,
\nalleging that his ex-wife, Heidi Liddell, took the child from his
\nhome.<\/p>\n

According to court documents obtained by TMZ<\/a>, Liddell asked the Los Angeles County
\nSuperior Court this week to order the return of 14-year-old
\nGuinevere and award him temporary sole physical custody of her and
\n13-year-old Charlie.<\/p>\n

Liddell alleges that Heidi took Guinevere during his scheduled
\ncustodial time and has no intention of returning her. He further
\nclaims she moved the teenager to Orange County despite existing
\ncustody orders. Liddell said an earlier effort to obtain court
\napproval to relocate both children to Newport Beach had failed.<\/p>\n

The former UFC champion also accused his ex-wife of violating other
\ncustody arrangements, including failing to use their required
\nco-parenting application, involving the children in parental
\ndisputes and missing scheduled extracurricular activities.<\/p>\n

Liddell told the court he is concerned Guinevere could miss the
\nbeginning of her high school year and lose her place on a
\nvolleyball team, which he says could negatively affect her
\nwell-being. He also cited the potential impact on her younger
\nbrother, describing the siblings as particularly close.<\/p>\n

Liddell is seeking monitored visitation for Heidi until a formal
\nhearing and wants temporary sole physical custody of both children.
\nHe argued that such restrictions are necessary to prevent further
\ninterference with the custody arrangement.<\/p>\n

Heidi, however, disputed the account. She told TMZ that Guinevere
\nwas not abducted and instead asked to be removed from her father’s
\nhome. Heidi accused Chuck of attempting to control her since their
\ndivorce and said the children are uncomfortable expressing
