Anthony Hernandez details the changes he made after losing to
\nSean Strickland<\/h2>\n

The middleweight contender spent part of his training camp at the
\nUFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas, where he worked to address
\nthe issues exposed in the loss.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had to make some adjustments, as simple as that,\u201d Hernandez said
\nin a recent interview. \u201cIf you f*ck up, you’re probably going to
\nget f*cked up. So, it lays it right out for you nice and perfectly,
\nwhat you got to adjust and fix.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hernandez, whose loss against Strickland came after eight straight
\nwins, said he spent the summer away from his family to focus
\nentirely on training, working alongside larger middleweights and
\nsharpening his game.<\/p>\n

\u201cI moved away from my family for the full summer,\u201d Hernandez said.
\n\u201cWent to the P.I., locked all the way the f*ck in. Jumped in with a
\nbunch of f*cking \u201885ers that are f*cking dangerous.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 32-year-old also credited his coaches for helping identify
\nareas that needed attention while making it clear that he
\nultimately takes responsibility for what happens inside the
\nOctagon.<\/p>\n

\u201cI take full credit for everything,\u201d Hernandez added. \u201cI’m the
\nmother*cker that fights. With that being said, I have an amazing
\nteam that always does their homework and cleans up so much sh*t for
\nme.\u201d<\/p>\n
