When asked about the criticism of Ian Garry<\/a>‘s
\nperformance in the recent welterweight title fight and UFC CEO
\nDana
\nWhite<\/a>\u2019s comments about the Irishman\u2019s lack of killer instinct,
\nHumphrey offered a very different perspective, explaining that
\nviolence is a central part of how he approaches life.<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, I embody violence. I love it,\u201d Humphrey said. \u201cLiterally,
\nI’ll walk into like a Whole Foods sometimes, and I just see all the
\npeople that can’t fight. I’m like, man, I could really f*ck all
\ny’all up, and there’s nothing y’all could do about it, and I could
\ntake this store over. And maybe I have like a couple of minutes
\nuntil the police get there, but like even then, like you’re done.
\nLike you’re cooked. Like what are you going to do to me? So yeah, I
\ndefinitely embody violence a lot in a healthy way.\u201d<\/p>\n

Humphrey (5-0) showcased his well-rounded skillset against Miranda

\nWeek 3<\/a> of DWCS 2026, scoring a big takedown in the opening
\nseconds, picking apart his counterpart with precise strikes and
\nfinishing with a rear-naked choke.<\/p>\n
