\nZiam<\/a> plans to move to the United States to develop his
\ngame.<\/p>\n

Ziam is scheduled to fight fellow Frenchman Alex Sola in the
\nco-main event of the
\nUltimate Fighting Championship<\/a>\u2019s event in France on Sept. 5. He
\ndid most of his camp in Denver under Justin
\nGaethje<\/a>\u2019s head coach, Trevor Wittman, and eventually wants to
\nmove stateside.<\/p>\n

Fares Ziam plans to move his family to Denver to develop his
\nUFC career<\/h2>\n

Ziam says that while he didn\u2019t previously have a head coach, he
\nbelieves he needs one at the highest level. He eventually plans to
\nmove with his family to Denver to train under Wittman, whom he
\nconsiders the best head coach for himself.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy plan is to move with my family to the U.S. to be in Denver,\u201d
\nZiam told MMA Junkie. \u201cTwo to three years in Denver and forget. For
\nme, it\u2019s important to evolve in this game, to be focused. Before, I
\ndidn\u2019t get any head coach; I had a team around me. But at this
\nlevel, we need a head coach, a guy who is looking out for you. For
\nme, Trevor is the best for me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ziam first met Wittman while helping Gaethje as a sparring partner
\nfor his win over Paddy
\nPimblett<\/a> earlier this year. When he asked their common manager,
\nAli Abdelaziz, about training with Gaethje, Abdelaziz said that
\nWittman doesn\u2019t accept everybody. However, Wittman accepted Ziam as
\nhe liked what he saw during Gaethje\u2019s camp for the Pimblett
\nfight.<\/p>\n

\u201cI asked my manager, Ali, \u2018What do you think if I go train with
\nJustin?\u2019 He said, \u2018It\u2019s a very good idea, but Trevor doesn\u2019t take
\njust anyone,\u2019\u201d Ziam added. \u201cBut after me and him had a good
\nfeeling, he said I am a good person. Because he saw something in
\nme, he took me in this gym.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ziam looks to return to winning ways at
\nUFC Paris<\/a>.<\/p>\n
